The Old Victorian Kitchen
The Victorian Kitchen and its subsidiary rooms have been lovingly and painstakingly restored back to 1846, the year in which Queen Victoria made her first visit to Hatfield House.
The Kitchen was a working kitchen from 1611 until the outbreak of the Second World War in 1939 when the House was offered for use as an army hospital by the 4th Marquess of Salisbury.
This beautiful example of working history is perfect for hosting a canapé reception or indeed a pre dinner drink for up to 50 guests.
For more information about how you can utilise the Kitchen in your event please contact one of our team who will happily talk you through this unique space.
